Fitness and women are complementary to each other. I say this because a woman who takes care of her body, mind and soul in a holistic and integrated manner is bound to be very beautiful irrespective of her age. Therefore the goal for all of you should be to experience good health and happiness irrespective of your age. Fitness and women: Decide what you want Friends, “you need to decide what you want”. You have a choice to self-empower and equip to live a fit and healthy life which is full of energy and simultaneously which is peaceful from inside. First of all you need to overcome certain misconceptions of fitness. Whenever the topic of fitness is raised, the immediate reaction from our mind is to say things like, “I don’t like the way I look” and “I need to lose weight”. This kind of thinking is somehow conditioned in our mind. It is time now that we decouple the association of “fitness” and “losing weight”. Fitness is more than losing weight. It is about a choice of living a healthy life style which encompasses perfect harmony of the body, the mind and the soul. Fitness and women: Develop self worth and self awareness But to begin a healthy life we need to address the other problem that we suffer from that is “I don’t like the way I look”. You need to understand that nature has created you as a unique and beautiful living being and you are the only “one of your kind” in this whole universe. Isn’t that a matter of great celebration? So friends, remember that the first step toward a healthy life style is stop pitting your own “self” and develop self worth and self awareness. This will naturally open you to live a healthy and fit life and then you can see the real transformation taking place in terms of your body, mind and soul. This is real fitness. So as I said in the beginning, “you need to decide what you want”. You have a real choice to make what you want of your life. Fitness and Women: Motivation to take action The following thoughts shall help you awaken your “inner self” and live a healthy and fit life 1. Every single woman in this world is beautiful and unique in more ways than one and therefore find your purpose and your life’s calling. 2. Educate yourself and develop awareness on the benefits of fitness and proper diet. Thereby help yourself and help others to live a healthy and fit life. 3. You are not alone in the quest for a better and healthy life. Fitness and women are complementary and natural to each other and therefore you have many friends out there. Connect with them and do it together. 4. Stop comparing yourself with others. You are unique in your own right. A fit and healthy life will make you strong at every level that is physical, emotional, mental, intellectual and spiritual. 5. Be aware of the fact that you are not alone with a particular problem, accept who you are and commit to a fit and healthy lifestyle for total transformation. 6. What you see, what you read and what you are being bombarded by the media may not be always true and healthy. The glamour world was never real and it will be never real. In fact issues related to fitness and women are highly personal in nature and therefore find your own answers for your requirements. If needed seek help from qualified professionals but never believe on quick-fix and magic-fix solutions for fitness and healthy life. Only systematic and continuous fitness programs suited just for you can help you. Remember that every famous face you see is mortal and human and with full of flaws that is superficially hidden. 7. Don’t feel jealous of the neighbour. She might have good legs but you might have great brains and a terrific bust. 8. Focus on developing yourself rather than trying to become someone else. Self-improvement means that we stop comparing and competing with other women. 9. The first step to achieve both happiness and greatness is to believe in yourself. If you want something bad enough in life, you will get it.
10. Set goals that make you happy. Never change who you truly are for the sake of pleasing others. 11. Whether you are involved in fitness with the purpose of competing or just staying fit, remember that you are working out to better your quality of life. 12. Don't let Working out Intimidate You. There is so much to learn when it comes to fitness and working out. Take it slow, seek professional help and learn on the job and most importantly always do it yourself. If you are a competitor, then strive for the physique that you want to attain for the competition rather than for somebody’s personal opinion. Keep your goal as your motivation for self transformation. 14. If you are working out just for the pleasure of feeling and looking better, do it because you want to. Don’t do it for others. Remember that anytime we feel pressured into doing something, it’s just a plain old drag. 15. Never embark on a fitness routine that you know you won’t stick with and don’t get frustrated if you miss a workout once in a while. 16. Focus on all of the positives in your life rather than the negatives. Each day that you do something to improve yourself, you are already heading in the right direction. Remember that no "Fitness and women" programmes can succeed if you don't keep a positive attitude to life.
