Foxtrot dance music
Foxtrot is a type of ballroom dancing where the Foxtrot dance music rhythm follows the concept of slow-slow-quick-quick. The One-step and two-step rhythms were more difficult for dancing and Foxtrot replaced these rhythms. The quick and slow steps gave more flexibility and enjoyment for the dancers as compared to the one-step and two-step dancing rhythms. A good example of foxtrot video is the “You can Dance Foxtrot” video by Vicki Regan. Some very famous foxtrot dance songs are You Make Me Feel So Young" - Frank Sinatra, "I've Got You Under My Skin" - Frank Sinatra, "Let's Call The Whole Thing Off" - Ella Fitzgerald/Louis Armstrong and "Night and Day" - Dionne Warwick.
