Purpose of Project-9The core purpose of Project-9 is to build a learning organization based on the generative power of Womanhood. This will be a model organization which will act as an inspiration for womenfolk across the world to rekindle their creative energies towards social, cultural, political and economic activities which are constructive and generative in nature.
Purpose of Project-9: Principles of co-creating
Project-9 will lead to the genesis of a learning organization based on the principles of co-creating rather than the authoritarian style of management prevalent in today’s organizations. Such a learning organization will engage in discovery medicine based on systems thinking and systems biology.
Purpose of Project-9: Translating the core purpose into reality
To translate the core purpose of the learning organization into reality “media support” will be taken. The learning organization will have an internal media cell which will engage in reaching the world across borders with the core purpose of the organization. Apart from attracting finances for the genesis of the organization, the internal media cell will also assist the human resource department of the organization to hire and train competent women professionals for the organization.
Purpose of Project-9: Societal projects for empowerment of women
The learning organization will be also actively involved in societal projects for the empowerment of women in society. The girl child education project will be the principle step in this direction and a separate arm of the organization will function only for this purpose. The top management of the learning organization will consist of the “Core women team” and each member of this team will be a competent professional in a particular field as desired by the need of the organization. Majority of the employees of this organization will be women and the female to male ratio will be maintained at 8:2. Women professionals will get priority for top and middle management positions.
Purpose of Project-9: Commitment to core purpose and shared vision
The learning organization will work with a strong platform of common understanding of the core purpose of the organization and a shared vision. Based on the core purpose and shared vision the organization will offer a creative climate to its employee for cutting edge research in discovery medicine. The focus will be on initiation and ownership of ideas and employees will be trained to be resilient and persistent when faced with setbacks.
Purpose of Project-9: Network activators
The organization will work with the premise of generating ideas by collaborating within and outside the organization and therefore it will encourage its employees to be network activators who can tie up things together to create and generate big ideas. Most importantly the organization will be a learning organization which learns from its experience to plan its future course of action.
