Through Vision of Sanjay Nair webpage I am describing the vision of my life. Based on the purpose of my life I could work out the vision for my life. I can divide the vision of my life into two phases, the first phase represented by the next 25 years of my life and the second phase represented by my life after the next 25 years.

Vision of Sanjay Nair: The Vision for next 25 years of my life

The following are the salient points of my vision in life for the next 25 years. It especially focuses on my work in relation to the rise of womanhood and project-9 based learning organization

Vision of Sanjay Nair: The rise of womanhood

I shall work for the rise of Womanhood in every sphere of my life and I shall work for the awakening of the feminine in the internal universe of the “individual self” and the external universe represented by nature and the world. I shall work towards this end by establishing communication links in all possible ways to reach women and likeminded men across the world irrespective of their social or economic class, caste, creed or religion. The “rise of the womanhood” website is the first step towards this direction which shall evolve and expand as the momentum gains in the future.

Vision of Sanjay Nair: Establishment of the universal truth

I shall cross the line of just being a preacher and move towards actually executing in practice my thoughts and ideas with the help of humanity. I shall be a warrior who shall not be afraid to wage a battle for the establishment of the universal truth represented by the balance between the feminine and the masculine principles of nature. Towards this end I shall work with women and likeminded men for creating and generating a learning organization based on the management philosophy of the fifth discipline. This learning organization which will be based on women’s power will represent “theory in practice”.

Vision of Sanjay Nair: The learning organization

The learning organization will be prepared through Project-9. Towards this end I along with my future team members will prepare a “Drug Discovery Project”. We will learn the basics of drug discovery process through practical application and thus we will create a “learning organization” for drug discovery in cardiac medicine. This will be an organization based on Women’s Power.

Vision of Sanjay Nair: 25 innovative therapeutic interventions for cardiac and metabolic disorders

Our focus will be to give 25 innovative therapeutic interventions to humanity in cardiac and metabolic disorders in next 25 years. Through this organization and with the help of my friends and my future wife I shall work for the education and upliftment of the girl child around the world. Further I shall work for the rise of “womanhood” in every sphere of my life and will work for the “equal opportunity” concept in all possible ways.

Vision of Sanjay Nair: The vision for the remaining part of my life after the immediate 25 years

The following are the salient points of the vision of my life after the immediate 25 years

1. I shall try to evolve a doctrine in life for the ultimate freedom and liberation of the human soul.
2. The seed for this doctrine will be positioned in living in the physical world, learning from the pleasures and pains of the physical world and transcending one's destiny to achieve the purpose of one's life.
3. Work towards this has already begun in the sense that I have started to push my life towards a path in sync with my soul's purpose.
4. I believe strongly that after the next 25 years of my life my theory would mature with the help of all the practical experiences that I would gain and thus I would be able to put forward a doctrine for ultimate liberation of the soul.
